Responsibility

You will leverage your communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure your leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work. Support vp-level leaders with high customer service, interpersonal savvy and efficiency. Provide leadership influence and support to leaders, partners and your peer admin support team to continuously improve productivity, communication and morale. Schedule executive domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, and proactively address all aspects of executive’s travel such as currency, weather, culture and locale to ensure executive’s effective use of time and resources. Partner as a team member of the broader PRO admin community to organize, host, and/or facilitate activities such as team and cross-functional meetings, conferences and department activities. Provide support and resources to departmental hiring managers for new partner onboarding
