Responsibility
Serve a key point of contact for Workfront Administration and Help Requests across multiple business units, including but not limited to:. Building and maintaining Workfront templates. Conduct general Workfront training with a variety of business areas. Setting up and modifying reports: dashboards, reports, calendars. Setting up filters and views and training users on this function. Team and group set up. Troubleshooting issues identified by users. Proofing within Workfront, including setting up advanced workflows. Custom Forms -- maintaining existing and creating new as needed. User profile management and audits. Regular Workfront cleanup of unused templates, forms, reports. Experience conducting user training sessions and providing constructive feedback. Create and maintain training documents and reference guides. Serve as a liaison between Workfront Administration team and functional departments; help clients utilize Workfront by serving as a resource and providing training. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Workfront processes and workflows and recommend improvements. Assist with conducting regular Workfront user feedback sessions and surveys to solicit opportunities for improvement. Research, analyze, maintain, modify, validate and prepare data, information and content used in making business decisions. Produce, edit and distribute a variety of business documents such as reports, proposals, policies, procedures, audit results, issue papers, marketing materials, newsletters, brochures, etc. Create, present and/or facilitate meetings, webinars, conference calls, training programs, education sessions, etc. for a variety of internal and external audiences. Participate on or lead larger, more complex departmental and/or divisional projects. Plan, organize, monitor and control projects to ensure the effective use of resources and adherence to project management standards and reporting requirements. May participate on Company workgroups and initiatives. Develop and build internal partnerships to improve communication, coordination, collaboration and effective working relationships within own department and across the Company

Description Specialists apply discipline-specific or institutional knowledge and skills in the performance of departmental activities which support the Company's operations. The primary function of the role is applying specialized knowledge and skills as an exempt-level individual contributor.
