** Must currently live in the Chicago area to apply!!** Job Description: We are helping a Tech integration and Security Services provider hire full time Window System Admins. They are looking for this person to go into their office two to three times a week. They are known for providing professional tech consulting for Network/Server maintenance, implementation and desktop management. Currently, they are working with the Chicago Fire Department, PD, and the public schools. The Windows System Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and securing Windows server systems. Key responsibilities include managing Active Directory, troubleshooting network issues, ensuring security and compliance, and providing user support. Proficiency in Windows server technologies and scripting (especially PowerShell) is crucial, along with strong problem-solving skills and effective communication. Occasional off-hours support may be required.
