Our window cleaners learn a variety of tasks as we provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing for our residential cleaning customers. Our labor teams are also getting ready to install holiday lights. Many of our window cleaners stay on full-time so now's the time to earn your full-time position for next season. Compensation: • Paid time off • Earn between $20-$30+/hour • Base pay plus weekly bonuses can make you up to $30 an hour! • Family Health-Care plans provided • Brand New work vehicles • State-of-the-art technology • Weekly Pay • Overtime Available • Paid Holidays • Uniforms Job Responsibilities: • Perform window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties, ensuring streak-free and spotless results. • Utilize power washing equipment to clean and revitalize the exterior surfaces of houses, decks, driveways, and more. • Safely install and remove holiday lights, creating magical displays that bring joy to our clients and their communities. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. • Clean properties to BrightSide's 5-Star Quality Check Work Schedule: M-F with weekends and overtime available.8-10 hour shift, daytime hours. We hire from a variety of industries including gutter cleaning, pressure washing, construction, lawn care, landscaping, roofers, and many other general labor industries Some Requirements • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation to get to and from work • Physically able to move 32' ladders and work with them • Not afraid of heights • Must have a cellphone to use for work purposes
