We are looking for a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse to join our fast-growing team. Become part of a notable company and help us achieve our goals! Responsibilities • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes on weekends. , • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. , • Perform wound care and manage wound vacs as needed. , • Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans. , • Conduct lab draws and manage IV/TPN administration. , • Utilize Electronic Medical Record Software for charting and documentation. Requirements • Minimum of Associate degree (or higher) in Nursing. , • Current and unrestricted California Registered Nurse license. , • Current CPR/BLS certification. , • Minimum of 2-3 years of RN experience in Home Health within the past year. , • Experience in wound care/wound vac, patient teaching, medication management, lab draws, and Peripheral IV, PICC/Central Line, IV/TPN administration, CADD pump use, Foley Catheter, PleurX, Tracheostomy. , • Ability to chart with Electronic Medical Record Software (Wellsky / Kinnser a plus).
