Responsibility

This position provides web-related customer service and reviews digital content for accuracy. The Web Admin Specialist, Level 2 is responsible for supporting the Franchise community and stakeholders with web marketing operations and related projects as assigned by the Web Operations Manager. This position also assists in providing training, resources, and communications to the Franchise System. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the Franchise/customer experience. Support the Franchise community via Web Services emails, phone support, and help desk support tickets. Guide customers through web operation processes while building and maintaining relationships with the Franchisees. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer service issues. Create and organize a library of standardized responses to web-related inquiries. Support web operation processes, follow and provide guidance/instruction to the Franchise System. Support content review of Franchise content submissions. Support franchises with email setup and migration. Create content and collateral for training and resources to support product rollouts. Support franchises with Directory Listings including their Google Business Profile. Support digital team with content writing and proofreading. Complete digital marketing projects as assigned by the Web Operations Manager
