West Knoxville Company is seeking a Screen Print Catcher/Warehouse Associate responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of garments through the screen-printing process by catching, inspecting, and preparing printed items for final processing. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality control, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring the timely completion of customer orders. Catching Printed Items – Quickly and accurately receive garments as they exit. the press, ensuring prints remain undamaged. Quality Inspection – Examine each item for print defects, color inconsistencies,. and registration issues, flagging concerns to the press operator. Sorting & Stacking – Organize printed garments by size, color, or design to maintain workflow efficiency. Production Flow Maintenance – Work closely with the press operator to ensure. a smooth and continuous printing process. Basic Troubleshooting – Assist in identifying minor printing issues and. communicate them to the appropriate personnel. Packaging Preparation – Assist in folding, labeling, or packaging garments as. Detail-Oriented: Ensures every printed item meets quality standards. Reliable & Efficient: Works quickly while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
