Capstone Logistics is hiring for Warehouse Support Specialist • Manage clerical duties to support warehouse logistics and assist with site management tasks. • Record daily operational data meticulously in the Capstone software. • Organize the transportation of goods to the main office and effectively communicate regarding any returns. • Assist in the management of efficient and structured office and warehouse areas. • Engage in collaboration with team members and leadership to ensure the efficiency of daily operations. • Uphold safety standards and maintain a workspace that is clean and orderly. • Responsibilities given by those in leadership roles at the site. Qualifications: • Meeting the academic benchmarks set for high school graduation or its equal. • Prior work in an administrative or clerical capacity is a plus. • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, showcasing solid computer skills. • Competency in self-directed work with minimal guidance. • Demonstrates exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to thrive in a team composed of individuals from different backgrounds. • Aptitude for staying upright or seated for extended periods and having the ability to move around the warehouse when needed. • Flexibility to respond to changing operational needs is essential.
