Responsibility

Warehouse Supervisors are active throughout their day. They are responsible for overseeing the warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or replenishment activities and personnel to ensure that all functions are performed within Company guidelines. Supervise the work force in the accomplishment of the day-to-day assignments. Oversees pallet assembly to ensure stores receive the cases they ordered, on well-built pallets, and securely wrapped before being loaded onto trailers. Resolves inventory discrepancies and issues credits to stores when appropriate. Ensures steady workflow through the warehouse via routine spot checks on progress of associates and adjusts manpower to increase efficiency. Maintains daily production and accuracy records. Develops productive associates through training, coaching and disciplining, when necessary, in order to achieve company goals and objectives
