About the position The U.S. AutoForce division of U.S. Venture, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants. This role involves physical labor in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including loading, unloading, and stocking products, as well as driving delivery vehicles. The position emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork, with a schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, including rotating Saturdays. Responsibilities • Load, unload and stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment. , • Lift and handle products weighing up to 80 lbs, including working at heights of 25 feet. , • Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed. , • Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures to contribute to a culture of safety. , • Perform back up driver duties, driving a delivery vehicle and providing customer service during deliveries. , • Handle cash and invoicing for deliveries. Requirements • 1 year of relevant work experience. , • Must be at least 19 years old for Express Back Up Driver and 21 years old for Non-CDL Back Up Driver. , • Valid driver's license and good driving record. , • Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers. , • Above average scanning accuracy. , • Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures. , • Neat and well organized. , • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds. , • Ability to work at heights of 25 feet. , • Basic computer/RF scanner experience. , • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
