Job Overview As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration and automated storage and retrieval systems. Duties - Manage warehouse operations to ensure goods are stored efficiently and safely - Develop and implement processes to optimize warehouse productivity - Coordinate inventory control measures to ensure accuracy - Oversee transportation planning and management for timely deliveries - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency - Monitor and report on performance related to warehouse operations Skills - Proficiency in transportation management and warehouse management - Ability to procure goods effectively to meet demand planning requirements - Strong background in operations management with knowledge of warehouse management systems - Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as lean principles - Skilled in process improvement techniques to streamline warehouse operations - With DG license is an asset - The experience of Ocean CNTR devanning or Air shipment handling or Fulfillment(Pick and pack) handling preferred - Bilingual preferred especially in Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: • Itasca, IL 60143: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
