Responsibility

Address and maintain organization of all fixtures, fixturing, and sign holders. Maintain aisles for associates to walk down. Address and maintain sold and paid areas. Call customers if product has been in S&P for 7 days past the pick up date. When applicable fixturing may be transferred to and from offsite storage locations. Sort pallets onto U-boats. Consistently check the freight room throughout the day for any product that needs to be brought up. Notify applicable associates (SSM / Support) before transporting freight to the various departments. Firearms are to be transported to the gun room immediately upon arrival. Coordinate with the support team for assistance if an area receives a large quantity of freight. Work to clear freight room of all pallets each evening. Coordinate scheduling with Shop Managers and support for builds/moves. Establish product clearing expectations prior to the date of the event. Assembly/disassembly and movement of Opto walls, Lozier walls and Adams racking. Complete ownership of all wall building materials on 1st level. Genuinely and consistently treat co-workers, customers and business partners like they are the most important person including eye contact, a smile and a genuine “Thank you”. Approach daily tasks, projects and follow-up communication with energy and sense of urgency. Meets Scheels dress and grooming expectations in support of professional, clean and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers and business partners.
