Responsibility

Crucial aspects of the role are managing day-to-day warehouse operations to support production, the movement of materials, and shipment of radios. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a demonstrated track record of leading teams, directing workflow, improving processes, and preventing disruption of the internal and external supply chain. This individual must have experience working with teams and facilitating interdepartmental collaboration. Supervisory responsibilities include managing the following areas: receiving, Kanban delivery, shipping, interviewing, hiring, training, appraising performance; addressing employee complaints and solving problems. Aid inventory team as the first point of contact concerning general problems and daily execution. Under the direction of management implement coaching programs for inventory team. Work closely with all departments in the smart factory to investigate, eliminate, reduce inventory errors. Lead inventory team in the execution of daily cycle counts to ensure inventory record accuracy. Complete inventory analysis to monitor: FIFO, Aging Inventory, SOX compliance, shelf-life expiration, location accuracy, and process violations. Apply WCS & WMS to perform manual and automated material movement throughout warehouse & production environment. Other duties may be assigned to support warehouse operations
