Responsibility

To manage warehouse operations, the Warehouse Clerk oversees the retail store's warehouse activities. Their duties include supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators, as well as supporting the Receiving Warehouse Clerk in scheduling daily freight to match inventory and customer requirements. Allocate the work hours of warehouse staff on a daily basis to ensure smooth shipment and reception activities. Manage the daily activities within the warehouse by assigning tasks related to shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control. At times, receiving errors can occur due to issues with the product or shipping information, which may require coordination with the customer to resolve. Preserve the quality of your warehouse equipment with frequent maintenance and repair services. By following OSHA guidelines, warehouse managers can ensure that their workers are protected from accidents and injuries while on the job. Conduct regular sessions to educate associates on standard procedures and ensure they remain up-to-date. Address and resolve disputes between employees in a timely and diplomatic manner. Establish effective communication channels with other departments to achieve warehouse coordination. Our reports will provide a clear and concise overview of the company's progress, ensuring that critical information is readily available to management. Keep tabs on the progress of the paperwork as it moves from the Receiving team to the Inventory Control Specialist to avoid any delays. Correcting Variations in Shipping, Invoices, Packing Slips, and Receiver Reports. Carry out the Audit Process for Storage Acquisition. Simplify counting and inspection tasks by utilizing stage products in the process. The importance of inventory rotation and proper storage cannot be understated as it affects both product quality and profitability. Undertake other tasks as specified by the management. Preparedness to work overtime during times of increased demand
