Responsibility

Schedule: 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Packaging and preparing equipment and supplies prior to distribution. Verifying and receiving materials into inventory. Loading and unloading trucks. Filling orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients. Processing paperwork for distribution of equipment and supplies. Ensuring accurate completion of distribution forms, requisitions, purchase order forms, and packaging slips. Performing quality assurance checks on all products received before stocking or distributing goods. Maintaining an efficient, clean, and safe warehouse. Reporting stock levels to supervisor. Assisting with the ordering of equipment and supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Assisting in completing periodic inventory count. Cleaning and sterilizing medical equipment. Performing minor equipment repair and maintenance as required. Elevating potential situations to the next level of supervision when required. Identifying and correcting mistakes/inconsistencies when receiving/completing paperwork. Performing other duties as required
