Responsibilities This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. • Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery • Provide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet building practices • Provide feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of Pickers and Loaders • Track each load accurately • Accurately count all pallets • Maintain pace of pallet configuration • Ensure that in line adjustments are made and used for all pallets • Identify priorities and coordinate resources • Assess and enhance skill set of Pickers • Recommend process improvements • Coordinate Picker and Loader team Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $51,500. • Overtime elegible • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
