Responsibility
Warehouse Associate: Responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities for Bandai Namco Amusement America’s shipping/receiving department to ensure that inbound materials are properly checked in and stocked; outbound materials are properly checked out and proper disposition is completed. Quality handling, packaging, labeling, shipping and receiving of materials. Processing outbound transactions, record retention. Inventory control. Inbound receipts and documentation. Preparation of Bill of Lading when needed, Maintaining warehouse records and filing. Operating lift/truck and other local resources. Working on special projects e.g., improvements, revising work instructions and procedures. Adhere to safety policy/procedures, e.g., safety walk and a safety committee member. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Working knowledge of UPS, FEDEX, DHL. Cycle counting & Communicating inventory findings with management. Tracking of errors and resolving/preventing problems
