Responsibility

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and assisting with office operations. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in office software. Process timesheets weekly. Maintain records of purchases, purchase orders, and expense ledger. Manage employee files. Track manufacturing output data. Handle shipping documents. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed. Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems. Order office supplies and manage inventory. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
