We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Short-Term Rental Cleaner to ensure our properties are spotless and guest-ready after each stay. Responsibilities: • Thoroughly clean and sanitize rental properties between guest stays. • Change and launder bed linens, towels, and other household fabrics. • Restock essential supplies, including toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning products. • Inspect properties for damages, maintenance issues, or missing items and report findings promptly. • Ensure all appliances, furniture, and high-touch areas are properly cleaned and disinfected. • Follow a standardized cleaning checklist to maintain consistency and high standards. • Secure the property by locking all doors and windows upon departure. • Maintain a professional and dependable schedule for timely turnovers. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. • Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently within a set timeframe. • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between rental properties. • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, based on booking schedules.
