THIS ROTATIONAL TRAINING CONSIST OF: With 14 kitchens on property you’ll be able to experience a wide range of settings. Make everyday favourites in casual dining, create edible works of art in some of the finest dining establishments around, and craft tantalising plates from the banquet kitchens while feeling the rush of working in high-volume special events on property. You’ll participate in monthly progress meetings with the Executive Chef and enhance your skills by working all stations while you work side by side with award-winning chefs in an ideal location.
