Responsibility

This new role is dedicated to maintaining a cohesive and practical design approach across all Paysera front-end systems. This role aims to establish a robust design system, ensuring the development of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our users. The UI/UX Designer will be pivotal in the Front-End team, working closely with other team members to create a distinct Paysera design system. This role involves crafting a comprehensive suite of mockups, flows, and prototypes to facilitate the seamless integration of new features into Paysera products, representing a unique opportunity to profoundly impact our front-end ecosystem, driving design innovation and excellence. Your key responsibilities:Design software product functionalities ensuring outstanding user experience, participating in daily Front-End team activities and collaborating extensively with the Engineering Team. Work alongside business analysts, software engineers, and stakeholders to convert concepts into innovative wireframes and detailed designs, from concept to engineering hand-off.Create and iteratively improve the UI for new and existing web-based applications, championing a single source of truth via up-to-date Figma mockups. Defend design choices and critical deliverables to peers and stakeholders, fostering a culture of excellence and coherence in design standards. Develop and maintain the product design system, including library components, to facilitate a seamless alignment between design and engineering outputs. Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to refine and improve design solutions continuously. Update and maintain design documentation, reducing reliance on hardcoded and non-responsive design elements. Standardize design components and principles across Paysera systems, ensuring brand consistency and reducing customized solutions.To improve engineering and QA processes, address and solve front-end related production bugs efficiently, without existing references or requirements
