The position also entails answering phone calls and responding to various inquiries regarding office services, necessitating excellent communication skills. The assistant will engage in general office support tasks, which may include organizing files, managing schedules, and assisting with the coordination of office activities. Given the dynamic nature of the office, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. The position is expected to require 10-15 hours of work per week, allowing for flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the academic commitments of the student.
