Job Responsibilities: • Act as a technical touchpoint for IT-related systems, project management tools, content management tools, SharePoint, Jira, and Slack • Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure support for business needs • Identify and drive enhancements in the company’s systems to bring about collaboration and productivity • Act as a key contributor to the workflows development and service level requirements • Draft system-level requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Fix systems roadblocks and coordinate resolution in coordination with the Incident Management Team and Service Desk • Establish and integrate new workflows to ensure seamless implementation of projects and new change requests • Resolve errors as needed, and work to avoid reoccurrence • Document and roll out logistics processes as needed • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure support across systems • Act as a backup for other roles within the Digital Workplace team • Bring in a customer-oriented approach to support the internal customers Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) • At least 5+ years of experience with using Project Management tools • Prior experience in functional documentation building • Comfortable building and standardizing templates • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and pass them on to technical teams • Solid understanding of IT processes and procedures relative to system launch, drafting system-level requirements and UAT, and roll-out of enhancements • Ability to develop and interpret business intelligence to drive execution and decision-making • Comprehensive understanding of logistics’ relationships with other parts of the automotive ecosystem • Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to create pivot tables, and sophisticated charts and utilize the VLOOKUP functionality • Proficiency in Jira, Lucidchart/Spark, and PowerPoint • Positive attitude and a good sense of humor • Fluent in verbal and written English Perks & Benefits: • Higher salaries than local standards • No visa requirements to work with the top US companies • Exclusive Developer Community • Work alongside a community of Google, Facebook, and Microsoft engineers • Upskilling workshops and career development sessions • Flexibility to work from anywhere in the world Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Flexible shift • Monday to Friday
