Responsibility

The selected candidate will be responsible for building the functional documentation and standardizing templates. The organization is positively using the power of technology to design and manufacture scalable and sustainable automobiles to reduce carbon footprints. Act as a technical touchpoint for IT-related systems, project management tools, content management tools, SharePoint, Jira, and Slack. Communicate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure support for business needs. Identify and drive enhancements in the company’s systems to bring about collaboration and productivity. Act as a key contributor to the workflows development and service level requirements. Draft system-level requirements and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Fix systems roadblocks and coordinate resolution in coordination with the Incident Management Team and Service Desk. Establish and integrate new workflows to ensure seamless implementation of projects and new change requests. Resolve errors as needed, and work to avoid reoccurrence. Document and roll out logistics processes as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure support across systems. Act as a backup for other roles within the Digital Workplace team. Bring in a customer-oriented approach to support the internal customers
