Responsibility

Supports the Total Rewards team on immigration, relocation, and other general administrative processes by responding to general inquiries from HR partners, hiring managers, and Associates, and coordinating with our external vendors as needed. Performs data gathering and assists with completion of forms or other documents. Monitors shared mailboxes and responds to general questions or escalates as needed. Submits online initiation of services to external vendors to support Associates on relocation and immigration-related needs. Supports the U.S. immigration processes for employer-sponsored visas and permanent residency applications. Communicates with HRBPs, Managers and Associates regarding the status of visa cases and extensions. Ensures data provided to our internal and external partners is complete and accurate. Runs reports and provides data as needed. Processes transactions for the department. Reviews and submits vendor invoices for approval. Completes audit requests on various programs as needed. Performs other duties as assigned
