Responsibility

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting precision tools, dies, molds, and fixtures used in our manufacturing processes. You will utilize your expertise to ensure that all tools meet exact specifications and are maintained to the highest quality standards. Tool Fabrication: Design, manufacture, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex engineering drawings and blueprints to create accurate tools. Machinery Operation: Operate various machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM machines. Quality Control: Inspect and test completed tools to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances. Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve tooling solutions and manufacturing processes
