We are in the search for a Tier 3 Support / Cloud Administrator to become part of our team within the healthcare and social assistance field in Hartford, Connecticut. This role presents a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be responsible for handling cloud security, monitoring customer accounts, and performing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities: • Oversee the operation of Amazon CloudWatch to monitor customer accounts• Utilize Amazon EC2 for customer application processing • Implement Ansible for application deployment and task automation • Use Atlassian Jira for effective project management and team collaboration • Employ the Auto Scaling feature to manage applications and ensure optimal performance • Develop APIs to improve system functionality and customer interaction • Leverage automation to improve efficiency and accuracy of tasks • Utilize AWS technologies for cloud services • Implement backup technologies to secure customer data • Perform cluster analysis to evaluate system performance.
