Description

There are no pets. Three adults and four college students (home for spring/Christmas breaks) live in the house. Detailed cleaning is required in the common spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and basement. Primary areas include the living quarters of a 95yr old Korean Vet that need specialized cleaning. The higher rate is paid when the college students are home. Once cleaned these rooms will only need light dusting.
