Responsibility

Job Summary: As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary objective is to qualify leads, cultivate strong client relationships, and effectively persuade potential customers to purchase our products. Your responsibilities encompass various areas such as product knowledge, lead generation, sales negotiations, customer service, and strategic planning. Collaboration with colleagues across different sectors and leveraging networking techniques to expand business reach are essential. You will also ensure compliance with insurance standards and regulations, conduct market research, and analyze past campaigns for continuous improvement. This position operates on a commission-based structure. Acquire comprehensive product knowledge to address customer inquiries and demonstrate how our offerings provide solutions to their specific needs. Identify and qualify prospective customers by implementing effective lead generation and conversion strategies. Initiate contact with new and existing customers to understand their requirements and engage in meaningful discussions. Highlight product features and benefits to emphasize value and address customer pain points. Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, showcasing expertise in our product offerings. Conduct price and term negotiations, preparing sales agreements to facilitate successful transactions. Foster collaboration with colleagues from diverse sectors, leveraging their expertise to support sales efforts. Maintain accurate contact lists and follow up with customers to foster ongoing relationships. Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients within your assigned territory. Develop customized plans tailored to clients' needs and calculate suitable coverage options. Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Utilize networking techniques to expand business reach and establish connections within your territory. Adhere to insurance standards and regulations, ensuring compliance in all sales activities. Monitor and identify areas of improvement in sales strategies, making necessary adjustments for enhanced performance. Meet designated sales targets by customizing marketing strategies to effectively sell insurance products to businesses and individuals. Conduct market research to understand the needs, preferences, habits, interests, and other relevant factors of the target audience, enabling the creation of targeted marketing events. Research successful past campaigns to gain insights into what worked, what didn't, and identify areas for improvement. Review the progress and success of events, making necessary adjustments and proposing ideas for new events as required
