Responsibility

The Territory Office Manager will manage the location Office Admin and Office Managers while also providing multi-location CTSC business support by developing and executing steamlined processes, strategic insights, performing administrative work including but not limited to: all after hours billing, chargebacks, timecard correction sheets, all pending billing documents, mointor any incoming and outgoing internal transfers. This position will communicate with CTSC location and district managers. Manage location Office Admin and Office Managers in maintaining audit compliance and create streamlined efficiencies in the overall billing processes. Perform custom and miscellaneous billing/corrections functions in order to meet customer needs while ensuring compliance with billing processes and adherence to established policies/internal controls. Monitor and Assist in billing for National Accounts, Government Accounts and Local Book customers. Take responsibility for managing collections activities to minimize credit losses, including Credit Card as well as A/R sales. Strategic Insights: Work with large and local book customer fleet accounts to understand any challenges and provide business support by developing/recommending streamlined processes based on current data which will help create efficiencies for the market and possibly nation-wide business. Assist Management in Expense Control and Accounts Payable insuring POs and Invoices are processed and/or submitted timely and accurately. Will assist with some FCR review items and timecard corrections. Unsettled purchase orders in the mainframe and procureit. Responsible for other miscellaneous assigned tasks related to the billing, claims and audit compliance workload. Recommend process improvement ideas based on trends they are seeing in the work queues
