We are working mainly with talented individuals, expert in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Custody. AK has been created in 2010 in Luxembourg and has expended his brand to Paris in 2014. Today on our domestic market with almost 150 high calibers, Advisory Key is a leader. Responsibilities 🔍 Analyze and thoroughly understand our business model and clients' needs to ensure a perfect match between all parties involved. 📣 Translate business needs into attractive advertising vacancies and strategically place adverts in appropriate media channels. 📝 Manage the complete recruitment process, including receiving and examining applications, conducting telephone screenings, coordinating interviews, and providing debriefing sessions to operational managers. 🤝 Organize and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, offering coaching and debriefing sessions to candidates regarding job requirements. 📋 Conduct thorough reference checks to ensure candidate suitability and integrity. 💯 Ensure the delivery of a great first impression of our company throughout the recruitment process. 🚀 Follow up on employees' onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into their roles. 💪 Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, fostering long-term partnerships. 🎓 Coach and mentor Junior Talent Acquisition officers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. 🗣️ Actively participate in weekly business review meetings, contributing insights and ideas to drive continuous improvement. 🌟 Demonstrate a dynamic and team-player spirit, fostering collaboration and boosting team morale. Profile To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess: 👥 2-5 years of experience in consultancy, recruitment, or a customer relationship management function. 💼 Relevant experience in the banking industry would be considered a strong asset. 💪 Previous experience as a recruitment officer would be advantageous. 📅 Proven ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and handle high volumes of recruitment activities. 🤝 Excellent interpersonal, presentation, influencing, and communication skills. 😃 Enthusiasm, dynamism, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on approach to work. 🌐 Fluent proficiency in both FRENCH and ENGLISH, German is an asset.
