Responsibility

Assist the talent acquisition specialists with of all the hiring and onboarding needs for the Concrete Professional Drivers to fulfill recruiting goals and priorities of the RMX business. Answer incoming calls and inquiries generated from various sources such as advertisements, bill boards, networking, job boards & Tenstreet. Manage driver leads and contact potential candidates via phone, email, text or fax as necessary to establish contact and actively reach out and sell Argos as a company to the CDL candidate. Pre-Screen and refer candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists. Request Motor vehicle and background reports from Comsumer Reporting Agencies to use in the approval process. Complete the employment verifications process, including requests and obtain Drug and Alcohol results from previous employers as applicable. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to schedule and confirm orientation/training start date with applicants. Construct driver file, ensuring all required forms and information is complete and accurate. Maintain applicant database and provide reports as requested such as sourcing reports, applicant tracking. To assist where necessary with job fairs, cdl schools and information about driving opportunties here at Argos. Manage Tenstreet and application files in accordance with EEO, DOT requirements and company policies and procedures, to enhance identification, tracking and reporting of qualified candidates
