Responsibility
Under direction of the Publishing & Outreach Manager, provides instructional technology support and user support for the UCLA Store's educational technology environment. Implements, troubleshoots, documents, tests, and maintains technology platforms and related services for the delivery of course materials and ancillary tools via Bruin Learn, UCLA's LMS. Includes but not limited to: vendor relationship management, third-party platform integration maintenance, and start-to-finish incident management and resolution. Recommends and solicits new educational technology tools and services for procurement and implementation. Maintains close working relationship with faculty, students, ASUCLA IT, the Bruin Learn CoE, UCLA Teaching and Learning Center (TLC), UCLA IT, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) support, and other related groups. Ensures timeliness and accuracy of all activities through regular audits. Actively conducts faculty training and outreach for all ASUCLA-managed tools and services. Collaborates and coordinates with UCLA Store Textbook and Course Reader offices on many activities. Hires, schedules, trains, evaluates and counsels staff in all activities. Hours include some evenings/weekends, and overtime during peak periods. Directly and indirectly supervises part-time/student staff
