Overview: Leidos is seeking a System Administrator to join its National Security Sector. This role involves supporting implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems for mission-critical operations. Primary Responsibilities: • Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. • Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems. • Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems. • Monitor and resolve problems with client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. • Optimize system operations and perform system capacity analysis and planning. • Troubleshoot IT systems and provide detailed analysis and feedback for escalated tickets. • Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installing and enhancing software to improve system reliability and performance. Security Clearance Requirement: • Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required. Basic Qualifications: • Experience: 10+ years as a Systems Administrator on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college/university (or 5 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree). • Experience with STE/STN work. • Proficiency with Ansible for automation and configuration management.
