Responsibility
This position will provide Help Desk support as well as server and network support to onsite and remote users. Position also leads or assists with activities such as technical refresh, new technology integration, project implementation, and other IT service delivery activities. This position is expansive and may have other delegated responsibilities and duties assigned. This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule to support on-call, change windows and other non-core business hour activities. Management and Maintenance of:. Datacenter environment consisting of multiple sites and locations. Virtualized Infrastructure. Active Directory. Microsoft Exchange. SQL Infrastructure. Storage Environment. ShoreTel/Mitel Phone Systems. Support our Windows/Linux Server Infrastructure. Proactive assessment and evaluation of current infrastructure to discover opportunities for enhancement. Configure and manage wireless and switching infrastructure. Design and deployment of new systems or solutions. Maintain and deploy networking equipment in a secure environment. Maintain access control lists, disk storage management, data backup, and recovery. Support the IT team by helping with escalated helpdesk requests. Develops new automated solutions to support current processes. Perform other related duties as assigned

One element in our total compensation package is base pay. The starting base salary for this role is targeted to be between $95,000 to $125,000 per year.
