Responsibility
The Syndicated Agent Closer will be responsible for booking and funding new and amended Syndicated Loans agented by U.S. Bank. We are seeking an individual with excellent attention to detail as they will review attorney prepared syndicated loan documents in detail to ensure all operating, pricing, regulatory, and reporting requirements can be met. As part of Lending Services Loan Closing team as an Agent Closer, responsible for the daily operating requirements for closing/onboarding and funding of new and amended Syndicated Loans agented by US Bank. Responsible for coordinating with the business line and internal teams to execute new deals/amendments in a high profile, fast-paced environment. Responsible for reviewing attorney prepared loan documents to ensure U.S. Bank can meet all operating, pricing, regulatory, and reporting requirements. Responsible for onboarding and funding of new deals and amendments on systems of record with quality and timeliness. The Syndicated Agent Deal Closer is responsible for the daily operating requirements for syndicated loan relationships, providing administrative and operational loan support to relationship managers, portfolio managers, sales team, and high-profile borrowers.
