Responsibility

Manages a substantial caseload in volume and complexity, drawing on a range of case management processes to influence noncustodial and custodial parents and to support their children and will provide direct support to the Division of Child Support Enforcement

The Support Enforcement Specialist with the Review and Adjustment Team at the Western Virginia District Office, Division of Child Support Enforcement, serves as program agent for assigned child support cases, engaging families for success so that they have the financial and family support they need to grow and thrive.
