Join Laundrylux Process Improvement Lead What we are looking for: Position Background: Laundrylux has a small team of employees called “Customer Care Account Managers” that are responsible for coordinating with sales, order entry, finance, logistics, and accounting to facilitate orders being shipped on time and in-full. The current process is manual, cumbersome, and slow which is frustrating to all people involved. Position Objective: We are looking for an analytical leader that can help us rethink the current processes and support the implementation of new, streamlined processes. The successful candidate will function as a Customer Care Account Manager for 3 months, then begin leading projects that will optimize the process by simplifying and automating steps in the order-to-cash process. The goal will be to have the complete process in 12 months, at which time, this person will lead the department. The person that fills this role will work directly for the COO and have his full support.
