Responsibility

Under guidance and supervision, the SCO Associate Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, and completion of projects through cross-functional teams while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Manage projects and provide internal update reports for management. Identify project timelines and milestones, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. Serve as point of contact with internal and external customers and work with various departments on project requirements, status updates, testing and validation, and final approval for implementation. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, to ensure all projects are delivered on-time and within scope. Establish and maintain constructive working relationships and keep stakeholders informed of progress or status, addressing the underlying needs of the stakeholders. Work with the project management team to provide process improvement recommendations to ensure proper training of new employees on processes. Travel to onsite projects, program implementation, and/or account go-live
