Responsibility

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Supply Chain Analyst for our Material Planning department to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels to ensure materials are available when needed, identifying and resolving supply chain issues, and mitigating bottlenecks to maintain seamless operations. You will foster and manage strong relationships with vendors and suppliers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall supply chain performance. Additionally, you will evaluate risks and opportunities within the supply chain, implementing strategies to minimize exposure and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Planning and scheduling the delivery of materials and parts. Managing inventory levels to ensure that materials are available when needed. Identifying and resolving issues related to materials and inventory. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Collaborating with production and other teams to ensure that materials are available to meet production schedules. Utilizing data and analytical tools to make decisions and solve problems. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Managing relationships with vendors and suppliers. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of inventory levels and deliveries. Participating in the budgeting and forecasting of material-related expenses

A versatile, self-starter with a positive attitude, who is cautiously assertive.
