Oversee and manage the procurement and inventory activities related to Air Framer support at the Final Assembly Lines for the OSS. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials from the Safran Business Units to the Air framer locations across the Americas. The main goal is to optimize the procurement and inventory processes while fostering strong relationships between the Air framers and Internal Stakeholders. The position works under general supervision. This position has the authority and control to escalate parts procurement and inventory management to the necessary level in order to support aircraft delivery milestones at the Air Framer(s). A) Responsible for the effective communication between the On Site Support (OSS) Final Assembly Line Managers at each Air Framer location and the Safran Business Units providing parts. Responsible for ensuring that all Order Requests are processed in a timely manger to ensure adherence to each Air Framer response time goals. C) Responsible for overseeing the quality of information provided between the OSS Final Assemble Line Managers, their teams and the Air Framers and Safran Business Units. D) Responsible for continuously improving the Procurement processes between the Air framers and Internal stakeholders. E) Responsible for the timely and appropriate escalation of delays utilizing all forms of communication to achieve the expected response time goals. F) Responsible for the local and remote inverntory processes maintained by the Safran OSS Locations including upholding a greater than 98 percent inventory accuracy. G) Reponsible for weekly contribution and presentations and reporting on Procurement and Inventory process KPIs to Safran Management. H) Responsible for Purchase Requisitions and approvals pertaining to Sub Contractors supporting Safran OSS Teams. I) Responsible for reviewing weekly OSS Technician Hour reports and compiling necessary re-charge files for OSS Managemnet Review. J) Responsible for the Local organization and hosting of Customer Presentations and review meetings as needed. K) Responsible for the delegation and control of tasks to subordinates as the team scales. L) Performs other duties as assigned

This is a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials from the Safran Business Units to the Air framer locations across the Americas. The main goal is to optimize the procurement and inventory processes while fostering strong relationships between the Air framers and Internal Stakeholders. The position works under general supervision. Authorities: This position has the authority and control to escalate parts procurement and inventory management to the necessary level in order to support aircraft delivery milestones at the Air Framer(s). 2) Essential Functions: Main Function Responsibilities The main functional responsibilities that contribute to greater than 5 percent of the job role include but are not limited to the following: A) Responsible for the effective communication between the On Site Support (OSS) Final Assembly Line Managers at each Air Framer location and the Safran Business Units providing parts. B) Responsible for ensuring that all Order Requests are processed in a timely manger to ensure adherence to each Air Framer response time goals.
