Responsibility

As the Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel, analyzing data, providing recommendations and working directly with customers to provide support and resolve issues. Act as first line of communication with customers and operations; advise customers of service failures and coordinate resolutions. Communicate with customers, vendors and operations to ensure customer commitments are met. Provide guidance to operations staff with respect to personnel, quality and safety. Mentor and lead a team; provide industry expertise, guidance and support Monitor service providers. Interview and train new employees, conduct employee reviews and establish detailed performance goals
