At a Glance Are you engaging, organized, and patient with a penchant for hospitality? Join us as a Brand Ambassador for Visa during the week of the 2025 Super Bowl in New Orleans! In this role, you'll help create an unforgettable experience for guests through activities like greeting attendees, managing registration, assisting with stadium tours and other group activities like visiting tailgate events. We are looking for qualified Brand Ambassadors to be available for this event, whom we can call on short notice to fill any last-minute needs. Full availability required for training and event work February 2, 2025 - February 10, 2025 - mornings, afternoons and some evenings. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, and Portuguese is an extra bonus! Compensation $28.00 an hour Overview WHAT WE OFFER • Early wage access - get paid when you need it • Paid training • Parking reimbursement for event days • Employee Assistance Plan • Referral bonus • Opportunity to work with a growing company that actively rewards and promotes its employees WHAT YOU'LL DO • Provide best-in-class experience for event attendees, greet and direct guests, manage lines, distribute promotional items, answer questions, and assist with registration, group activities and stadium tours • Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space • Other duties as assigned by management & client WHAT YOU'LL BRING Experience and Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proven experience in customer service and/or event work • Familiarity with hospitality is highly preferred Skills and Attributes: • Strong interpersonal communication - written & verbal • Engaging personality; comfortable consistently initiating and maintaining conversations with a diverse audience • Organizational and problem-solving skills • Able to show patience when communicating with team members, the client, and event attendees • Able to work well in a team environment • Able to exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times • Flexible availability including nights & weekends as events require Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
