Responsibility
In this role, you'll be responsible for acquiring new clients, focusing on talent marketplaces, enterprises, and channel partners in the contingent workforce space. You'll be selling our EOR/AOR and worker classification solutions, helping companies easily and safely onboard and pay contract workers. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify and engage prospective clients across our core verticals, including Talent Marketplaces, Enterprises, and SaaS companies. Leverage your pre-existing network of industry contacts for deal sourcing/acceleration, partner development, and thought leadership. Engage with clients to deeply understand their workforce needs and pain points. Offer tailored solutions leveraging our platform's EOR/AOR, compliance, and worker classification strengths. Understand the role of compliance within the sourcing and hiring supply chain. Stay up-to-date with industry news and events to identify opportunities within our existing and prospective customer base. Conduct platform demos, translating complex functionalities to diverse audiences. Identify and differentiate decision-makers within client organizations. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Work closely with leadership and collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance our product and services. Gather and share market intelligence and client feedback to inform strategy and product development
