Responsibility

You will manage and elevate the East Hampton boutique by driving sales generation and delivering a world class customer experience. Develop a store strategy to optimize profitability and grow the existing customer base through client outreach, whilst ensuring a high performing team that are exceptional brand ambassadors. Work collaboratively with our Madison Avenue flagship store managers and stock team, as well as customer service, retail merchandising and appropriate head office teams to achieve and deliver commercial and operational excellence. Coach and mentor team members using clear communication, setting daily and weekly commercial objectives to excel in their role. Demonstrate high levels of personal motivation and implement effective incentives to inspire and drive a high performing team. Demonstrate a self-awareness and self-development. Work with integrity and respect for others; create excellent team participation and ensure the team and boutique is presented to the highest standards. Work alongside VP-Commercial to manage the delivery of product training and client service training. Responsible for networking, recruitment, evaluation, and development of the store team. Demonstrate effective succession planning. Ensure all People and Culture policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to, resolving any staff issues effectively, working with the People and Culture Team to manage performance where required. Maintain high store standards and visual merchandising whilst fostering a positive work environment
