Responsibility
Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all back-of-house operations, ensuring that our kitchen runs efficiently and meets our standards for quality and safety. Oversee all back-of-house operations, including kitchen staff management, food preparations, and inventory management. Develop and train a team of talented chefs and cooks to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor food cost control and health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with all local health department regulations. Monitor and maintain all kitchen equipment. Develop menus that incorporate current culinary trends and techniques. Manage all ordering, receiving, and stocking of kitchen supplies. Ensure the kitchen is kept clean and organized at all times. Create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen. Ensure all kitchen staff adhere to the restaurant’s dress code and grooming standards
