Responsibility

Achieve annual revenue targets of $3-5 million. Maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Identify, engage, and onboard Fortune 500 clients using extensive market research. Utilize market insights to maintain a robust client pipeline. Facilitate client meetings and effectively communicate our services. Foster long-term client relationships while overseeing end-to-end staffing services. Act as the primary client sales liaison responsible for client success. Take ownership of client success by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and attentive support. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Advocate for clients’ interests and concerns within the organization, striving to exceed their expectations. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client experience. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to meet client needs and drive revenue growth. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. Continuously strive to strengthen client relationships and drive long-term loyalty and retention. Coordinate offshore Recruitment/Delivery Teams to meet staffing objectives and revenue targets. Monitor and analyze utilization metrics for optimal resource allocation. Review billing processes and invoices for accuracy and timeliness. Conduct weekly meetings or check-ins with employees to discuss performance objectives, progress, and challenges. Address employee grievances, conflicts, or concerns promptly and professionally. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports
