Responsibility

The Residential Solar & Battery Salesperson will go on sales calls and provide the necessary sales reports to leadership. Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position. Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory. Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customer. Conduct business activities in a manner consistent with the company's culture. Self-generate leads through multiple avenues such as direct-to-consumer, e-commerce, and business-to-business relationships. Develop, improve, and present proposals to prospects. Convert prospects to customers after a thorough evaluation of different system and financing options available to them. Track and communicate sales activity to the management team. Monitor and report progress versus goals within the CRM system. Work effectively to maximize lead conversion and lead closure rates. Diligently control customer acquisition cost. Optimize the convergence of supply and demand of in-home consultations, minimizing no-shows. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to further expand the companys customer base in the Riverside County & San Diego Counties, CA
