Responsibility
Lead software solution development to ensure system design follows the industry best practices and standards that aligned with federal government enterprise systems. Be a key participant in an agile team to deliver the full lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, design, development, testing and deployment. Work with Product Owner / UX design to understand, create, and design solutions that can be broken into Epics and User Stories for diverse set of user requirements. Take ownership of various user stories and work with development team to manage dependencies on the program. Design and develop end-to-end, web based solutions using technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React, Spring Boot, Angular, Node.Js, Python and Java. Design and Implement architectures using Terraform, Kubernetes, Jenkins, EKS, Aurora and various AWS/cloud services. Design and Implement data driven web applications using AWS Glue/Athena/Redshift/Aurora, RDS, S3, and other cloud native databases. Collaborate, mentor and lead other remote engineers and participate in peer code reviews. Contributing to improvements in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) utilizing practices such as test-driven development (TDD), static code analysis, code reviews, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated security scanning
