You will be responsible for developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies, design patterns, and building scalable, highly available systems. You will also have experience with public cloud and be curious and able to learn new technologies and toolsets. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Engineering. Responsibility • Develop high quality, maintainable code in C# .Net or other object-oriented languages • Work in SQL, Backend Services, REST API, Azure stack • Work as part of a passionate, agile development team to deliver engaging user experiences • Partner with product managers, designers, and peer engineers • Participate in an Agile environment using Scrum software development practices, automated unit testing, continuous integration, code reviews, version control systems, automated build processes • Raise issues proactively that might impact delivery commitments • Research new features and technologies • Fix production issues and maintain the code as needed • Participate in live site reviews and help implement new features and processes to improve site reliability • Stay current with the latest development best practices and share your findings with the team Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. Preferred job designations are not guaranteed when changing positions within DocuSign. What you bring Basic • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of software engineering or related experience • Experience with C# or Java • Experience developing software solutions using object-oriented methodologies and design patterns • Experience with git, continuous integration and deployment tools Preferred • Experience with telemetry software • Experience with public cloud (Azure or AWS) and Kubernetes • Experience working in an agile development environment • Drive strategic code sharing and architecture for one or more functional area • Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and toolsets • Experience with CosmosDB, SQL, Cassandra Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $105,100.00 - $161,775.00 base salary Illinois and Colorado: $98,800.00 - $135,850.00 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $98,800.00 - $144,550.00 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
