Responsibility

Lead the design, implementation, and management of FedRAMP-compliant infrastructure and systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that applications are developed with security and compliance in mind from the outset. Establish and maintain processes for continuous monitoring, logging, and auditing of systems to ensure compliance with FedRAMP controls. Work closely with security teams to identify and remediate vulnerabilities, conduct security assessments, and implement necessary security controls. Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans specific to the FedRAMP space. Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews. Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reliability of FedRAMP systems. Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance system performance and availability. Stay current with industry best practices, evolving security threats, and updates to FedRAMP guidelines, and apply this knowledge to enhance the security posture of our systems. Contribute to documentation efforts to ensure comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of FedRAMP systems and processes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and security, to design, implement, and maintain highly available and secure infrastructure.
